| About Tara | |||||
Tara has over ten years of experience working with small, medium and large organizations around the world. She has artfully led effective group work through mutual learning and has a reputation of engaging all types of participants, across different cultures and languages. From these experiences, Tara brings passion and dedication to deliver her best work with a vision for a more just world. Tara earned her Master of Science in Community Development with a focus in Citizen Participation at the University of California at Davis and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Cultural Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. She has formal training in dynamic group processes, including: Asset-Based Community Development, Appreciative Inquiry, Non-Violent Communication, Open Space, and World Café. Working in partnership, Tara collaborates with the following consulting organizations: EcoShift Consulting, International Institute for Facilitation and Change, Mike Green ABCD in Action, and Pacific Community Solutions.
